BJC XLR Cables, Canare DA202 with Neutrik BXX-Series XLRs, Suitable for Analog or AES/EBU Digital (Five-Channel Set, Black, 3 Foot)

Our XLR cables, made with Canare DA202 cable stock, are suitable both for analog and for AES/EBU digital usage. This cable is very flexible -- it consists of a twisted pair of signal conductors overlain by a plastic slip layer and then by a full tinned copper braid -- not just a foil and drain wire as are seen on many XLR cables. Over this is a flexible PVC jacket; the standard jacket color for this cable is blue, but Blue Jeans Cable also imports the cable in other colors as well, selectable here.

• Canare DA202 cable stock: two conductors with fill threads and slip-layer, twisted and covered with a high-coverage tinned copper braid shield and drain wire, jacketed in PVC (multiple colors available)
• Neutrik BXX-Series XLR connectors: Neutrik’s best conventional XLR design, made in Liechtenstein, with gold-plated pins – costlier than XLRs seen on many other cables, but well worth it for durability and superb strain relief.
• Suitable both for conventional analog uses and for AES/EBU digital; the low capacitance of the AES/EBU design is ideal for preventing high-frequency rolloff.
