This patch cable has the connectors oriented in the opposite direction. A common application for this configuration is for effects pedals that are side by side with input jacks not next to each other, usually one on the top and one on the side (see photo). This cable was special ordered from Evidence Audio without the outer nylon braided to fit smaller, space saving plugs.
