Meinl Sonic Energy Harmonic Art Handpan instruments are hand made one at a time in Colombia using top-grade German steel. This material has been chosen for both its ability to be worked by hand and its strength to hold the tunings. These instruments are built to last a lifetime. The Harmonic Art Handpan produces clear and pure notes when struck by the hand. The tone is pleasing, soothing and relaxing, and it can be used in a variety of settings like sound therapy, meditation, yoga or solo performances. Each one is tuned with a center note and seven additional tone fields that all complement each other in a pre-tuned scale (meaning there are no wrong notes), allowing the player to create music with no prior musical experience required. Features a black lacquer finish that protects the surface and preserves the sound over time. Included is a protection shell that encases the handpan, along with a durable and padded heavy-duty travel bag with synthetic wool interior. This bag is great for players on the go with adjustable shoulder straps and strong carrying grip. This handpan (HD2) is tuned to Equinox E scale (E/ G, B,C,D,E,F#,G).
