- Smoke Machine Maintenance Requirements: 1. Empty the pipeline. Trigger the machine multiple times until no smoke is discharged from the nozzle and only air is discharged from the pipeline. This step is to remove any residual fumes and liquids from the pump and pipes to prevent them from solidifying and clogging upon cooling. 3. After evacuation, turn off the machine power. 4. Cooling and storage: Allow the machine to cool naturally in a safe environment for at least 30-60 minutes. Do not pack it immediately while it is still hot.
