The Pentatone EQ is a standalone version of the 5-band equalizer section of Ibanez's Pentatone preamp. It adds continuously variable Q control in each band, allowing for a greater variety of sound creation and allows for even more detailed sound creation. In addition, ±9V power circuit provides ample free space. That makes the parametric equalizer suitable not only for electric guitars, but also for higher level output signal equipment, such as electric bass and keyboards.
