L-Mesitran Soft is a primary dressing gel that contains 40% medical grade honey, hypo-allergenic lanolin and vitamins C & E. When in contact with the wound, fluid is drawn from the surrounding tissues through osmosis, creating a moist healing environment. Soft does not adhere to the wound and prevents secondary dressings from adhering to the wound.
