Customers purchase wood and materials in their home town to minimize the total cost. Imagine the cost to deliver 200 pounds of wood across the country to your door. Ramp Kits are only available to addresses within the continental US. Slope and length of ramp is everything. Too steep, you can't push the ramp up the slope and going down will be dangerous. Each ramp is a custom project, ADA is for public access and does not apply to residences. Doorway thresholds with outward swinging doors like storm doors, will not open or close over our standard aluminum top. Construction video shows a flush top bracket that must be substituted, for the standard top, if you let us know (via the 'Ask a Question') within 12 hours of the order time stamp. This product does not offer free returns and there is a 10% restocking fee and amazon return fee.
