Medline Accu-Therm Reusable Hot/Cold Gel Wrap Packs, for Shoulder and Hip, Set of 4

Medline Accu-therm gel wrap pack for the shoulder and hip is 2 therapies in 1. Depending on the type of therapy you require, each gel pack is microwavable for hot therapy and freezable for cold. Four reusable packs are included along with one knee wrap. For cold therapy, place gel pack in the freezer for at least 1 hour. Remove from freezer and place gel pack into wrap. Apply to the affected area for no more than 20 minutes. For heat therapy, place the gel pack in the center of the microwave and lay flat. Heat at full power for 40 seconds, based on a 1200w microwave. Remove and knead pack to evenly distribute the heated gel inside the gel pack. Test the pack on the underside of the wrist to determine if temperature is comfortable. If the pack is too hot, let cool before applying. Place pack into wrap and apply to desired area. This product is not made with natural rubber latex.
