The smooth tape is threaded into the hemstitch and sealed with a button on the pre-specified button holes – as a result, the waistband width can be set with flexibility. These supple, soft buttonhole elastics do not contract and are very comfortable to wear. It fulfils the highest standards with regard to skin compatibility and is certified according to the OEKO-TEX Standard 100. These elastic button tapes are available in various lengths and widths. The buttonhole elastic tape is washable at up to 60 degrees and is suitable for tumble drying.
