Its patented design directs ingredients to the center of your mixing bowl, for tidy, more efficient and thorough mixing. And unlike plastic versions, the New Metro Design Pouring Chute is made from polished stainless steel which insures ingredients don’t stick to the chute, but slide easily into the bowl. The PC-GL will not fit or work with any stainless steel mixing bowls. Made from high grade stainless steel, it will not bend during the most rigorous use.
