When you rack the slide back it loads a candy like the real deal, then push the slide forward to ready for fire, pull the trigger to shoot, rack again. The magazine ejects and you can load another just like the real deal. We designed it to function realistically so youngsters can have a fun toy and learn how to opperate safetly.
