Brake Setting: 6 options: Off, Low, Medium-Low, Medium, Medium-High, High. Default is Off. Enabling the brake function requires the use of the high-frequency (22KHz) setting in Frequency Control. 2. Electronic Timing: 5 options: Low (0°), Medium-Low (8°), Medium (15°), Medium-High (23°), High (30°). Default is Medium. Low timing is suitable for motors with high inductance and low RPM, while high timing is suitable for motors with low inductance and high KV values (e.g., outrunner motors). For certain high-KV motors, if shaking occurs during high-speed operation, switch to high timing. 3. Startup Power: 13 levels. Level 1 is the weakest, Level 13 is the strongest. Default is Level 10. Select the starting power level according to the motor load. Too low a value may prevent smooth starting; too high may cause overly abrupt engagement. 4.Frequency Control: 2 options: 8KHz, 22KHz. Default is 8KHz. This sets the motor drive frequency. 5. Low-Voltage Protection: 4 options: Disabled, 2.8V/Cell, 3.0V/Cell, 3.2V/Cell. Default is 3.0V/Cell. The ESC automatically detects the number of battery cells. For example, if a 3-cell LiPo battery voltage drops below 9V, the ESC will act according to the selected low-voltage cutoff method. 6. Low-Voltage Cutoff Method: 2 options: Gradually Reduce Power, Cut Off Immediately. Default is Gradually Reduce Power. When the battery voltage falls below the low-voltage protection threshold: · If "Gradually Reduce Power" is selected, the ESC gradually reduces output until power drops to 31% and maintains this level. · If "Cut Off Immediately" is selected, the ESC immediately cuts off output, stopping the motor. During low-voltage protection, moving the throttle stick to the lowest position and then raising it again will restart the motor. However, since the system is still in a low-voltage state, the output power will remain low or stop immediately. 1.1. Low-Voltage Protection (LVP): If the battery voltage drops below the set threshold during operation, the ESC can either cut off motor power immediately or reduce output power progressively. 2. Throttle Signal Loss Protection: If the throttle signal is lost, output power will gradually decrease to zero within 2 seconds, stopping the motor. Once a valid signal is detected again, the motor resumes operation at the power level corresponding to the current throttle position. 3. Over-Temperature Protection (OTP): Power reduces to 75% when MOSFET temperature exceeds ≈100°C Power reduces to 50% at ≈105°C Power reduces to 25% at ≈110°C Power reduces to 6.25% at ≈115°C Power levels restore automatically as temperature decreases.
