80 mm 3 Jaw Self Centering Chuck with Back Plate (With 3"/80 mm Rotary Table)

Made out of high grain casting, this precision quality low profile rotary table diameter is 80 mm (3"Inches ) and is most popular light weight rotary table for small and light duty milling operations. Table is graduated 360 Degrees. Worm Gear Ratio -1:36, which means that the 1 handle rotation shall turn the table by 10 Degrees. Hand wheel is graduated in divisions of 10 min & can be set to zero. Total Height when laid flat is 1-3/4" ( 44 mm ) without the Chuck on it. When Chuck is mounted, the total height becomes 115 mm. Center Height in vertical position: 1-3/4" (45 mm approx) without the chuck. Can be clamped both Horizontally and Vertically. Rotary Table's Base Dimensions : 110 x 85 mm with 2 x U slots (7.5 mm wide) each wall for Horizontal and Vertical clamping purpose. It is mainly used to cut gear teeth accurately and equal spacing of the teeth of the gear. Also used for milling gears, splines, squares, cutting of flutes in reamers, drills and milling cutters, racks, grinders, etc. Supplied with 80 mm 3 jaw self centering chuck with spare set of reversible jaws and a chuck key, Also included a suitable steel back plate with fixing t nuts and bolts to enable this to mount it on this 3" /80 mm Rotary table. The Back plate is drilled with M6 size tapped holes for the chuck's bolts to be screwed with the back plate and then provided with 2 counter drills to them clamp it with the Rotary table's T slots. The Chuck body is made of high grain casting and the jaws are made of hardened tool steel for a long life. The chuck recess is 55 mm same as that of the back plate. The back plate has a 13.9 mm small spigot that helps it in centrally locate it in the center of the Rotary Table.
