Cen-Tec’s 94511 is engineered to provide a complete electro-static dissipative dust collection hose solution connecting all major brands of power tools to vacuums designed to insure a grounded shock free working environment. The 94511 provided three different and unique quick-change power tool connectors. These connectors are designed to provide 360 degree swivel connections at the tool to reduce tension coming from the hose that might inhibit free movement of the power tool over the working surface. The two bayonet tool adaptors have a built-in air relief which permits adjustment of the vacuum to prevent sealing to the work surface and insure sufficient air flow to the vacuum to protect motor life. The 10 foot conical hose has a smooth interior to improve vacuum performance. Tapering from 1-1/4” at the tool end to maximize flexibility the hose uniformly tapers up as it extends to the vacuum to a 1-1/2” inner dimeter. The conical shape increase airflow and is complimented by Cen-Tec’s proprietary hose end designed to maximize the inner diameter into the vacuum preventing clogs. The 94511 adaptors are designed for compatibility with all major brands of power tools including Bosch, Festool, Milwaukee, Hitachi; Fein; Cobalt; Porter Cable; Black and Decker; Dewalt, Ryobi and many private label brands of tools and dust collection shrouds. • The hose combines a smooth interior, excellent mechanical properties, with permanent antistatic characteristics with no black staining or marking. The hose is 1-1/4” where it connects to the power tool for improved flexibility and uniformly tapers in diameter to 1-1/2” at the vacuum end to provide superior airflow and reduce clogging
• An electro-static conductive hose reduces or eliminates static build up on the hose surface which helps reduce the potential of fine particulate to stick to the surface of the hose
• Features an electro-static conductive (ESD) 1” soft TPE based tool adaptor for mating with all major brands of power tools and shrouds equipped with a 1” male connector or 1. 425” female connection. The adaptor is designed with four concentric rings on the inner diameter to insure a positive leak proof connection that will stay in place while the tool is in use. The 1” adaptor is fitted to an electro-static conductive quick change bayonet equipped with and air relief to permit control of the vacuum to insure free movement of the power tool
• The second conductive quick-change bayonet fitted with a conductive 1-1/2” soft TPE adaptor for mating with power tools designed with a 1-1/2” male connection. This second adaptor is designed with three concentric rings on the inner diameter to insure it stays in place in applications with heavy debris flow under high vacuum like found with miter saws
