Bessey Tgj Series 36" Light Duty F-Style Woodworking Bar Clamp With 2.5" Throat

This TGJ Series Light Duty F-Style Bar Clamp has a 36" clamping capacity, 1" x 1/4" rail size, 2-1/2" throat depth, and nominal clamping pressure of 600 pounds. The Bessey Integrated Anti-Slip System with a set screw that is molded into the sliding arm that interlocks with the serration on the rail to prevent the clamp from slipping. The corrugated malleable cast iron fixed jaw and sliding arm generate powerful, rigid clamping force. Top jaws are fitted to the rail with no mechanical fasteners to loosen up over time while the powder coating protects against corrosion. Then the high quality rail from Bessey's own German factories. The profile acts as a reliable reinforcement against torsional forces, while the serration on six faces additionally prevents the clamp from slipping. Smooth running spindle with Acme thread provides more clamping with less effort. Finally the pressure plates can be easily changed without tools.
