Made out of high grain casting, this precision quality low profile rotary table diameter is 80 mm (3"Inches ) and is most popular light weight rotary table for small and light duty milling operations. Table is graduated 360 Degrees. Worm Gear Ratio -1:36, which means that the 1 handle rotation shall turn the table by 10 Degrees. Hand wheel is graduated in divisions of 10 min & can be set to zero. Total Height when laid flat is 1-3/4" ( 44 mm ). Center Height in vertical position: 1-3/4" (45 mm approx). Can be clamped both Horizontally and Vertically. Supplied with an ER16 Collet Adaptor with fixing T nuts bolts. The assembly height with ER16 collet clamped on the table is approx 80 mm Base Dimensions : 110 x 85 mm with 2 x U slots (7.5 mm wide) each wall for Horizontal and Vertical clamping purpose. Supplied with a suitable M6 Clamp kit along with this rotary table. Clamp kit is hardened and precisely ground before being epoxy black finish for a rust free life. It is mainly used to cut gear teeth accurately and equal spacing of the teeth of the gear.
