Our Bell II side-saddle blade putter milled from 303 Stainless Steel billets. Heel-toe-weighted putter design in a side-saddle (face-on) broom style putter. Putter head weight of 410 grams. The side-saddle, often called a face-on putter, provides a putting stroke that helps with the “Yips” so common for older golfers. Originally made famous by “Slammin Sam Snead,” the USGA initially claimed the side-saddle putter gave golfers too much of an advantage. It was later declared a conforming putter and allowed for USGA tournaments. The putter lie is upright and within USGA Guidelines to allow usage in USGA events. The side-saddle is often the answer for the senior player with back pain from practice putting with standard length putters.
