We are now offering our Special Reserve Wild Rice to our internet customers. This wild rice is not available in retail outlets. Our special reserve wild rice is a darker rich color with a more vibrant taste than other wild rice with an aroma all its own. It is hand harvested from a single Minnesota lake and cedar wood parched. This Chef’s choice wild rice cooks in 30 minutes to perfection. It is an excellent main course side dish with steaks, chops, or fish and the perfect complement to any Chef’s recipe. Try adding a few drops of extra virgin olive oil a twist of fresh ground pepper and scattered pine nuts to this Chef’s Special wild rice alongside a marbled rib-eye and a glass of red wine such as Pinot noir.
