Dragonwell Tea will allow you to feel relaxed, and calm and remain energetic during the day. How to brew long jing tea? Warm up the teapot with boiling water, put about 1-2 Tsp dragon well tea, pour a small amount of boiling water into the teapot, and immediately pour out. This helps to damp tea leaves, wash and help them to start steeping. After that pour 8 fl. oz of boiling water which is about 80-85°C (175-185°F) and cover the teapot for 2-4 minutes before serving.
