- CLASSIC CUT: Straight lines predominate in the handle style of Bologna knives, designed for daily use without sacrificing design. Elegant and with a classic cut, the handle has been made of noble rosewood, which can be machined and polished, giving it an excellent surface finish. It incorporates stainless steel rivets with high resistance to corrosion. In addition, it is resistant to chemicals and extreme temperatures.
