Spray the poacher cups with nonstick cooking spray. Break eggs into poacher cups. Place poacher in skillet or pan. Place lid on skillet or pan during cooking. Bring water to boil. Simmer approximately 6-7 minutes or until desired preference. Lift poacher from skillet or pan using a fork.
