Recommend temperature is 99℉~108℉ (37℃~42℃).After use, take bottle apart and wash all parts thoroughly.Refrigerator and microwave safe. Remove the lid if microwave needed.Cleaning and Sterilizing:Dishwasher safe (top rack only).Wash all parts in warm soapy water and rinse thoroughly right. Do not clean with scouring pads or abrasives to prevent scratching the glass.Sterilize all parts with boiling water or in a bottle steam sterilizer. Make sure all parts are completely dry before put them together.
