- The old style pump had two leads bolted to the pump. The current design has a plug in harness. The wiring included does not require any modifications to plug into your harness. The older pump is not as robust or durable as the latest design, which is what we are selling. This new pump works and fits perfectly into the older applications but is designed for ethanol fuels and higher output engines.
