The Petzl ATTACHE is an ultra-lightweight pear-shaped (HMS) carabiner designed for versatility in belaying and mountaineering. Its compact shape and round-stock basket provide a smooth surface for ropes to run over, making it ideal for use with a Munter hitch, REVERSO, or VERSO. The H-frame cross-section keeps the weight low (58 g) while maintaining high strength (21 kN). Features the SCREW-LOCK manual locking system with a visual red band to indicate when unlocked, and a Keylock nose to prevent snagging. The ATTACHE BAR version includes a removable positioning bar to prevent cross-loading.
