Continued use will also help stabilize pH levels, promoting a healthier environment for your tank inhabitants. Freshness Guarantee: OceanMagik is made fresh each week and shipped to you directly for optimal quality. Upon opening, the product may have a strong, sulfuric smell due to the sealed lid. Allow it to air out for a little while, and the scent should return to its natural earthy, slightly sulfurous aroma. This is normal for live phytoplankton.
