Maximum sheet size recommended for this pouch is 2-1/2" x 4-1/4" (or less) to leave standard 1/8" border of clear laminate around all sides of card for a secure sealed edge. Metric specs = 70mm x 114mm and 175 microns thick per flap. Also, known as memorial cards, mass cards, holy cards & prayer cards. Made of PET polyester plastic and heat activated thermal adhesive on both flaps. TIPS: Industry standard specification for 7 mil laminating pouches is 7 mils on each flap for a total of 14 mils added to your paper sheet. Also, 1 mil equals 1/1000th of an inch (or 25 microns metric). The industry calls these laminating pouches when they are sealed on only one edge instead of three.
