The CARBO Instruments L25-ASSL Series is a 2.5" liquid-filled pressure gauge engineered for reliable measurement in demanding industrial and commercial applications. Built with a 316 stainless steel case, 316 stainless steel wetted parts, and a 316 stainless steel connection, this heavy-duty gauge delivers long-lasting performance in hydraulic, pneumatic, and fluid systems where corrosion resistance is critical. Vibration Resistance: This glycerin-filled gauge is specifically designed to dampen vibration, pulsation, and sudden pressure spikes. The internal liquid stabilizes the pointer to reduce needle flutter, ensuring smooth readings and extending the life of the internal mechanism. It is ideal for pumps, compressors, and irrigation equipment where vibration resistance is important. Precision Engineering: The large 2.5" (63mm) dual-scale dial displays both PSI and Bar for clear, accurate readings. Manufactured to meet ASME B40.1 Grade A accuracy standards (+/- 2-1-2% of span), it provides the repeatable measurement required by maintenance professionals and engineers. Installation & Compatibility: Featuring a standard 1/4" NPT lower mount, this gauge installs easily into compatible regulators, manifolds, and tanks. The 316 stainless steel connection and polycarbonate lens provide corrosion resistance and impact protection. Designed for use with fluids and gases compatible with 316 stainless steel, including water, air, hydraulic oil, and many industrial media. Note: This gauge is not suitable for oxygen service.
