The EMX VMD 202-5-100 is a vehicle motion detector free exit probe built for automatic gate and access control applications. It is designed around the Ultra-MVP multi voltage detector concept to reduce inventory by supporting a wide input range from 12VDC to 240VAC while staying compact for operator housings with limited space. Detect-on-Stop allows detection only when a vehicle comes to a complete stop on the loop. This helps ignore cross traffic in tight spaces and can reduce unwanted triggers at driveways and exit points where vehicles may pass nearby without intending to exit. The unit provides two relay outputs, one for vehicle presence and a second output that can be used for loop fault indication or pulse on entry or pulse on exit functions, including Detect-on-Stop behavior. Setup is supported by the ULTRAMETER sensitivity display, and the interference indicators help identify crosstalk and RFI issues during installation. This version includes a 100 ft lead. Install and configure according to your site layout and the requirements of the connected operator or access control equipment.
