ECG mounting cards are a useful tool for storing monitoring strips and keeping your patients information neat and organized. 8-1/2" x 11" portrait mount sheet. It has 15 lead segments, 1-1/2" x 2-1/2" (4cm x 6cm) in 3 vertical columns of 5 rows positioned near top of mount. Row 1 is labelled I, II & III, Row 2 leads are R, L & F, Row 3 is V1, V2 & V3 & Row 4 has V4, V5 & V6, Row 5 has no id ---may be used for special leads or rhythm strip. Peel & Stick --removable adhesive covered with protective sheet. Patient information and interpretation is located at bottom of the page, same side. (100 mount forms per box).
