The Exterior flap is spring-loaded and the interior flap is gravity. We also offer the Mail Slot with the spring-loaded flap for the exterior and a frame only for the interior side. There is a choice of many different Finishes, including PVD Lifetime. Installation hardware in matching finish is included with the Mail Slots. An optional Stainless Steel Sleeve is also available to purchase for the inside of the door. Installation hardware on the Sleeve is concealed after the Mail Slot is installed.
