Using a Size Eight Pan Head Phillips Sheet Metal Screw for wood, or a Size 10-24 Pan Head Phillips Machine Screw for metal frames, the clips are secured to the window frame and turned to secure the screen/storm frame or to allow easy screen or storm window removal.
