SlideStop is a Sliding Door safety device that is easily installed to prevent accidental crushing of hands, fingers, or pet tails. It is the only sliding door safety device on the market. HOW IT WORKS SlideStop rests between the door and door frame to stop sliding doors from crushing hands, fingers, or tails. When the door is closed, SlideStop hangs on the inside or outside of your door, waiting to swing into action the moment the door opens. INSTALLS IN MINUTES All you need to install SlideStop is a screwdriver or a Drill (not included)! Simply remove one screw from your sliding door frame. Slide the provided plastic washer and SlideStop through your frame screw. Tighten the screw until snug. If your frame doesn't have visible screws, use the included self-tapping screw to install SlideStop into the sliding door frame. Make sure to insert the plastic washer between the stainless washer and screw head.
