- Slide-In Plastic Connector for #20 Biscuit Slots. The CHAMP Biscuit Connector is a self-tightening, hidden fastener designed for use in #20 slots. Each component is inserted with adhesive and later slid together for easy, tool-free assembly.
- Glue-In Design for Lasting Fit. Connector halves are glued directly into the slot using a PU-based adhesive (sold separately). Integrated holes in the base help the glue bond securely with the material.
- Improved Fit at Miter Joints and Corners. CHAMP applies internal pressure from within the slot, helping reduce joint gaps. Especially effective for corners where clamps are difficult to use.
- Reusable for Modular and RTA Projects. Once cured, the connector allows parts to be assembled and disassembled as needed. Great for knock-down furniture, modular cabinetry, and shop installations.
- Compatible with a Wide Range of Materials. Use CHAMP in furniture, architectural millwork, and trim. Designed for wood and board materials; install using a standard biscuit joiner and glue for best results.
