The Polaris 12in. Smooth Center Vent Vinyl Soffit is designed with impact resistant vinyl and features a positive locking system for easier install and satisfaction of the homeowner. Various colors are available in a low luster matte finish for the center vent vinyl soffit, and there is a complete variety of ventilation arrangement options. The soffit panels themselves are engineered to produce a sag-free performance and have rigidity. They also have holes for venting in the center 4in. section. All Polaris panels are backed with a lifetime limited warranty that is 50 year transferrable. Please Note: 6ft (0.96 square) options are special order and cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged for any reason. All sizes are nominal and may vary. Please Note: If placing an order for 4 or more boxes for this product, the order will need to be shipped to a commercial address with forklift access or you will need to have it picked up at the local destination terminal for the shipping company.
