The collar is padded and the front collar features metal grommets for securing items. The 3" reflective striping with contrasting color trim runs horizontally and vertically over the shoulders. There are multiple pockets to hold all of your work materials: an outer chest pocket with hook and loop closure, an outer chest gusseted pocket, 2 lower pockets with hook and loop closure, 1 large reach through pocket with zipper closure, 1 inside lower pocket with zipper closure and 1 inside lower tablet pocket with load bearing strap.
