From the Manufacturer This Posi-Temp shower valve offers worry-free shower temperature control. This best-in-class valve delivers great flow with no scalding. This shower valve has chrome plated metal construction for a bright, highly reflective, cool grey metallic look, and a pressure balancing cycle valve design. The single-function showerhead is vandal resistant with a flow of 2.5 gpm at 80 psi. This valve has 1/2-Inch CC connection with 1/4 turn stops, and the shower arm has 1/2-Inch IPS male thread. The lever style handle has temperature indicators on the escutcheon, and the handle operates counterclockwise through a 270 degree arc, with off at 6 o' clock and maximum hot at the 9 o' clock position. The pressure balancing mechanism maintains the selected discharge temperature to +/- 2 degrees. This shower valve is ADA compliant for the lever handle and accommodates back-to-back installation. The valve diameter is 7-Inch.
