This dust collector blast gate acts as an in-line gate to control the vacuum flow to certain areas of your work shop. This aluminum blast gate works seamlessly with properly sized plastic and metal ducts, flexible hoses and 6 inch ID ports for a wide range of popular brands. Unlike other models that require constant clearing, cleaning and maintenance, this unit has an improved air proof design with closed edges, and easy clearing which allows for clog-free. The gate also has a built-in stop that keeps it exactly where you need it during operation.Please NoteTo ensure a proper connection and maintain clog-free performance, insert the blast gate so the "ARROW" points toward the dust collector. If the blast gate is disassembled for cleaning, ensure the "ARROW" is reinstalled facing the dust collector and away from the turn knob for proper airflow direction.
