The Ultimate Filter Set features a 10-inch polypropylene sediment filter that removes dirt, particles and rust in stage one and two 10-inch extruded carbon block filters that eliminate chlorine, tastes, odors and cloudiness in stages two and three. With exceptional dirt-holding capacity for fewer change-outs and enhanced adsorption compared to granular activated carbon filters, this premium filter set protects and prolongs the life of compatible reverse osmosis systems like the APEC RO-45, RO-90, RO-PH90, RO-PERM and RO-PUMP. To prevent water leaks when replacing the filters, the bundle includes three 3.5-inch O.D. replacement O-rings manufactured with NSF-compliant materials and 6 grams of lubricant for easy, lightweight installation.
