This book has been in the making for a few years. It is a collection of recipes that are well-tried and loved by Andrée's family and many of her friends who have frequented their various homes. She started the collection of recipes that have become this book in 2003 with all her family recipes. Since then, she took them around with her as she travelled. She has now added loads of recipes. Along the way many of her friends kept asking for this or that recipe, so this book is to try and collate all those recipes.
