This book is a collection of my most popular posts on Instagram, on the ancient practice of drinking back one's own urine and sexual fluids as a form of holistic healing and DNA regeneration.This practice is documented in the ancient Sanskrit treatise called "Shivambhu Tantra", however its practice in modern times is shrouded in secrecy and taboo.
