Life and All That is a sharing of a small part of my and our story in the realisation that there is no my life, your life, no our life just simply life with us all participating in it. Life that is both the theatre and the play performed in the theatre. The play where we, among many others, are given a script and cast in a particular role. The theatre, the space and time within which we all gather to put the parts together and make it all make sense. And sometimes it does not, so we put it in a place called behind us, and keep moving to a, not always arrived at destination, called forward or the future. And sometimes it does, so we put in a lane called achievements, and pretend to an arrival at an often illusory milestone. Life and All That, through its words and pictures, asks questions about the many changing and challenging roles in the same script. In the theatre of life when the play features community, people, politics, nature, spirituality, love, divinity, culture, norms, heritage, wisdom keeping and more, what are the varying roles we need to assume so as to apply the relevant thoughts, perspectives, actions and appropriate knowledge systems? The book makes comments and suggests that we may embrace life while accepting that the smallest aspect of life is bigger than any one of us individually or collectively.Life and All That humbly asks that you, if you would, see what is gifted as invitations to look at human, both individual and collective, thoughts, perspectives, experiences as pathways to discovering the true nature and meaning of life, freedom from and freedom to and reasoning the existence of creation and us as citizens of a universe.
