Deliciously Ella Bircher Muesli - 500g (1.1 lbs)

Good morning! My name is Ella and I founded Deliciously Ella to celebrate what you can do with great ingredients. With my husband Matt, we opened our London deli and we are now making our recipes available for you to enjoy at home. This Bircher Muesli has been one of my go-to breakfasts since I started Deliciously Ella. Traditionally, you soak Bircher Muesli overnight, but to save time we've finely milled the oats, so all you need to do is add some milk and they'll be ready in just 60 seconds. We've mixed sunflower and chia seeds with the oats as well as soft apple and raspberry pieces, to add a little texture and sweetness to your bowl. We love using a mix of almond milk and coconut yoghurt to soak the oats as it makes them extra creamy, but feel free to use whatever works best for you - lots of people also enjoy them with juice. Then top with anything from fresh fruit to nut butters, crunchy bites of granola or slices of dates. Enjoy your breakfast!
