This soluble oil mixes readily with water to form a highly stable milky white emulsion. TRUEGARD 324 MEDIUM DUTY SOLUBLE OIL is non-staining to steel, copper, aluminum, plastics, composites, and exotic alloys. TRUEGARD 324 MEDIUM DUTY SOLUBLE OIL is a general purpose, economical soluble oil for grinding and a wide range of light-duty ferrous and non-ferrous metalworking. TRUEGARD 324 MEDIUM DUTY SOLUBLE OIL is suitable for milling, drilling, turning, sawing, and reaming. The exceptional cooling powers of this coolant will improve part finish and extend tool life. The outstanding emulsification properties of this coolant will emulsify small amounts of tramp oil if leakage from the hydraulic system contaminates the metalworking fluid sump.
