The Carlisle Six Star 661103 black polyethylene (PE) portable youth food bar with storage is approximately 6-ft. long, rests on castered legs to display food at a height appropriate for youths while keeping it fresh and cool for hours, and is NSF listed. An enclosed storage area below the food display has sliding doors for easy access. The bar is made of molded polyethylene and contains polyurethane foam insulation to help maintain a cool basin temperature when it is filled with ice. The textured exterior resists scratches and cleans easily. The bar material is free of BPA (Bisphenol A) to address food safety concerns raised by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and other organizations. The legs have four 5"-dia. recessed non-marking caster for mobility; two casters include a brake to secure the bar's position temporarily.The two-piece sneeze guard offers a full view of the spread while providing protection for the food. The guard is made of acrylic, which is similar in appearance to glass and resists shattering and impact. Sneeze-guard end posts with acrylic shields extend the food protection to the ends of the bar. A threaded drain plug is located below the ice tray to aid in removal of melted ice from the basin. The serving height is 29 in. The overall dimensions are 72.12 x 23.68 x 51.00 inches (L x W x H).
