Intended for the autoclave vacuum filtration of aqueous solutions such as cell culture media and biological fluids. All units come prelab cleaned by gamma irradiation and certified nonpyrogenic, and are individually wrapped in easy-to-open packages. The large openings on the reservoir and funnel make for easy access. The housing (cup, bottle, and lid) are made of clear polystyrene for easy viewing. The filter tip is constructed of polypropylene, while the joint connector is made of Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) and the cap material is High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE).
