The oil-based formula dries to a clear matte finish. The absence of wax in SealCoat makes it compatible with all clear finish topcoats including oil-base polyurethanes. From the Manufacturer SealCoat is guaranteed to be compatible over and under all clear finishes. It's guaranteed to remain fresh and dry to a hard film for at least 3 years after the date of manufacture.
