AP03 Pressure Oil System IPR Air Test Tool Kit for 6.0L-7.3L Diesel This air test tool kit is designed to replace the IPR valve on 6.0L and 7.3L diesel engines (model years 1994–2007) to enable pressurization of the high-pressure oil system for leak detection. The kit includes: 1 hose 1 valve 1 ICP fitting for 6.0L engines 1 ICP fitting for 7.3L engines 1 air meter 2 interconnectors 1 Jake introduction fitting 1 PTFE tape 1 T fitting Installation steps: 1.Remove the air cleaner, FICM, and coolant degas bottle.Turbo removal is not required. 2.Remove the existing IPR valve. 3.Thread the tool into the IPR valve port and hand-tighten using the included hose. 4.Connect shop air and listen for leaks. 5.Close the shutoff valve on the tool to seal the system. 6.A scan tool may be used to monitor system pressure via the ICP reading. Compatible with 6.0L and 7.3L diesel engines.Fitment is determined by engine displacement and model year range specified in the title.Verify compatibility using the vehicle’s OEM part numbers and physical configuration before installation.
