Volley 160 x 160 x 160 mm Foam Dice with Countersunk Dots (Red) Age 3+

Since 1983 the VOLLEY brandname has stood for foam products of the highest quality. All our products are compliant with the requirements of the European Toy Safety Directive. We exclusively produce all our products in Germany. Starting point of our production is polyurethane (PU) All our products are made of soft polyurethane foam meeting Oeko Tex Standard 100, class 1. Our products are soft, light, have a good grip and carry a very low risk of injury. The open-cell structure are character -rized by their particular elasticity and shape stability. Our soft balls, unlike foam formed balls, have a very even bounce, which is essential for learning ball games. We use foams with different weights and degrees of hardness, so we achieve a differentiated bounce ability (from low to very high bounce). Our closed-cell coating ELE'Elefantenhaut("elephant skin") is a highly flexible coating which gives a closed surface, but retains the character of the products made of soft foam to a great extent (softness, elasticity and textured surface). The coating is very durable and extends the life of the products. The coated product can be washed and disinfected with commercially available disinfectants. Our open-cell coating Special Impregnation is a coating that allows us to refine our products in a way that the open-cell structure of the surface which is so typical for soft polyurethane foam remains intact. We take special care to ensure a consistent production quality. Our products meet all the requirements of the European Toy Safety Directive (2009/48/EC)
