The ROBERTS 3000 multi-purpose carpet and sheet vinyl adhesive is a solvent-free, standard-grade latex based flooring adhesive. Formulated for big contract jobs where price and performance matter most. Use for the installation of mineral or felt backed sheet vinyl, unfinished cork underlayment, latex foam-backed, needle-punched, jute and polypropylene secondary backed carpets. Proper substrates include plywood of underlayment quality, terrazzo, marble, sound-resilient floors which are free of wax and embossing, and concrete subfloors
