FLY Model Roof Cross Bars Developed with a modern and aesthetic design approach, the FLY Roof Cross Bars are a vehicle-specific roof rack carrying system designed for vehicles with a gap between the roof rails and the vehicle roof (raised rail). It is engineered to provide balanced, strong, and long-lasting load-carrying performance.The aluminum bars of the FLY Model offer an aesthetic appearance and a balanced structure thanks to their close-to-vehicle positioning design. However, due to this design approach, the product is not compatible with vehicles equipped with a sunroof (sliding glass roof). This product cannot be used on vehicles without roof rails. For vehicles without roof rails, different ACE series cross bar models are available. FLY adapts to the position and angle of the roof rails on the vehicle, helping distribute the load more evenly at the mounting points. This structure supports driving stability and contributes to reducing the effects of road-induced vibrations. The high corrosion-resistant aluminum body and UV-resistant PA6 GF30 connection components are selected to provide reliable and long-term use under various climate conditions. Elastomer seals on the bar surface create an interface between the load and the bar, helping reduce sudden load movements and limiting unwanted noise caused by friction. The aluminum bars feature a channel structure compatible with T-Bolt mounting elements. Maximum compatible T-Bolt dimensions: 20 mm channel width, 4 mm channel height, and M8 bolt. Additionally, aluminum bars with 75 mm width and 22 mm height are compatible with U-Type mounting bolts. If U-Type mounting is used, it is recommended to check that accessories are suitable for these dimensions. The aluminum bars can carry up to 75 kg while the vehicle is in motion. When the vehicle is parked: 150 kg with 2 bars, 225 kg with 3 bars, and 300 kg with 4 bars are recommended as maximum loads. In such cases, the longer bar should be mounted at the front and the shorter bar at the rear. In some vehicles, the front and rear dimensions may be equal.
